TechSick's Customer Rewards Points (FAQ)

Do I have them?

YES if you have shopped with us before then you already have TechSick Customer Rewards Points available to use.
Some customers already have 1000's of points that can be used to purchase or discount their next order.

How do I use my Customer Rewards Points?

It's easy!!! When you are making your next order you can apply the points you already have on the Check Out page. (Shown Below)

Select to Pay with TechSick Customer Rewards Points

You can use as many points as you need or all your points to discount your order. (Shown Below)

Once you have ticked the Terms and Conditions box and clicked on the Submit Order button you will see what your points discount is worth. (Shown Below)

If you don't have enough points to cover the whole order you will see the following notification at the top of the page.

Simply scroll down to the buttom of the page and pay the remainder with one of the other payment methods: Gift Certificate, Credit Card or PayPal. (Shown Below)

Other FAQ for Techsick Customer Rewards Points

How many Customer Rewards Points do I have?

There are 2 ways to find out how many points you have available to spend:

Log into your account. (Shown Below)

Click on Modify profile. (Shown Below)

and under PROFILE DETAILS you will see how many points you have available to spend. (Shown Below)

OR
Simply log into your account as shown above and make your order as usual. When you get to the Check Out page scroll down to the buttom (Shown Below)

in Payment Information select "Points -- Pay with Rewards" and it will show how many points you have available to spend on that order. (Shown Below)

If you want to save them for another order simply select another Payment Method. (Shown Below)

What are my TechSick Customer Rewards Points worth?

Many of you have 100's or 1000's of TechSick Customer Rewards Points.

So here is how is works:

For each AUD$1.00 you spend in our online store you receive 1 point.
20 points are equal to AUD$1.00

For example:

Mr. Joe Blogs has 2000 points

Those 2000 points are worth AUD$100.00
Miss Jane Dough has 200 points

Those 200 points are worth AUD$10.00

Can I use a Gift Certicate and TechSick Customer Rewards Points at the same time?

YES you are welcome to use a combination of any Payment Methods that are available on the Check Out page: Rewards Points, Gift Certificate, Credit Card or PayPal
